2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through the official booking form or WhatsApp as stated on the website.

  • Full or partial payment (as stated) is required to confirm your booking.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled activity are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of the full payment.

3. Diving Requirements

  • All participants for fun dives must hold a valid scuba diving certification.

  • Non-certified individuals must enroll in a certified dive course.

  • A medical declaration or clearance may be required before participating in any dive activity.

  • Selamberr Dive reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who is medically or physically unfit to dive.

4. Liability & Safety

  • Diving is an activity that carries inherent risks. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your own safety.

  • Selamberr Dive is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the course of any dive trip or related activities.

  • All participants must adhere strictly to the dive guide’s or instructor’s safety instructions.

  • Personal dive insurance is highly recommended.

5. Changes & Cancellations

  • Selamberr Dive reserves the right to alter or cancel any activity due to weather, sea conditions, technical issues, or safety concerns.

  • In the event of cancellation by us, we will offer a rescheduled date or a partial/full refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to changes, including accommodation or transportation.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All images, logos, texts, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Selamberr Dive or its respective partners.

  • You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Personal Data

  • Any personal information submitted through this site will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

  • Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
