Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all bookings and payments made through SelamberrDive.com (“Website”).


1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and official confirmation has been issued by Selamberr Dive.


2. Customer Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, the following refund terms apply:

  • Cancellation 7 days or more before the scheduled activity date:
    Full refund (excluding payment gateway or processing fees, if applicable).
  • Cancellation 3–6 days before the scheduled activity date:
    50% refund of total booking amount.
  • Cancellation less than 72 hours before the scheduled activity date:
    No refund.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channel.


3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the scheduled activity without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and is strictly non-refundable.


4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 72 hours prior to the activity date.

Selamberr Dive reserves the right to approve or reject rescheduling requests at its discretion.


5. Cancellation by Selamberr Dive

Selamberr Dive reserves the right to cancel or postpone activities due to:

• Unsafe weather or sea conditions
• Safety concerns
• Equipment malfunction
• Operational or regulatory issues

In such cases, customers will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule to a later available date


6. Medical Restrictions

If a participant is found medically unfit to participate and did not disclose relevant medical conditions prior to booking, refund eligibility will be determined at management’s discretion.


7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on the banking institution or payment provider.


8. Non-Refundable Fees

Payment processing fees, administrative charges, or third-party transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
